Well I was lied to about the free oil changes! ! Then they told me they would call when my plates came in and put them on, they didn’t do that either and they had been sitting at the dealership for ! My vehicle was at the dealership (with a scheduled appointment) for 9 days and was never serviced. The vehicle was in for 3 recalls and to R&R an oil leak. I received 2 calls in 9 days.
