Welp. This is the worst car dealership experience I have ever had. So I purchased a used car 2009 porsche cayenne through Juan whom is very hard to get un This is the worst car dealership experience I have ever had. So I purchased a used car 2009 porsche cayenne through Juan whom is very hard to get untouch with while trying to get into a vehicle. So that should have been my first sign. I get to the dealership April 30 2022 to purchase the vehicle. Juan stated when I go to test drive it that OH YEAH ITS SMOKING RIGHT NOW DO TO BAD GAS, BUT ONCE THE GAS IS OUT IT SHOULD BE FINE. I believed him because my brother in law had a similar issue with bad gas and his truck is driving great still. Well in my case that wasn't the problem. A days later the cars starts heavy smoking and stalls on me with my 7 month old and im pregnant. I get it towed to an auto shop to find out that the motor is about to blow, there was tons of loose screws and oil leaking from the engine. My 7month old and I could have been in a Serious accident. Yes I know I signed an as is contract, but no way did I think a dealership like this would even let someone drive off knowing this. The inspection paper stated everything was OK and no problems. The used car had alot of miles so no warranty. I'm stuck with a car Note with a car I leased from this company that I only was able to drive for one day. I worked hard to purchase a vehicle and did not go to a buy here pay here to avoid this problem. Welp I'm out of luck and do not recommend this place. Everyone is always busy and never available to help. I'm taking further actions due to my inspection sheet saying everything was good with the vehicle and I signed an as is contract. Also still haven't received the paperwork for my car no one knows where it is. ...So to court I go... I'm at a loss for words. Also being pregnant and giving my last to purchase a scrap car is a blow to the pocket, my 7month old and unborn child. More
