Very nice purchase experience Recently I traded in my Lexus for another pre-owned Lexus. Chris Beto helped me out. (He also sold me my previous vehicle which was equally as pleasa Recently I traded in my Lexus for another pre-owned Lexus. Chris Beto helped me out. (He also sold me my previous vehicle which was equally as pleasant of an experience). He went out of his way to make sure everything about the vehicle was in good shape. He found out that the car had an issue with a gasket which did not show up in the CarFax report. Any other dealer would not have mentioned this latent issue and would have sold me the vehicle "as is" and I would have been stuck with costly repairs myself. Instead, Lexus proposed to make the repairs and absorb majority of the cost If I just pitched-in a small percentage of cost. This was very acceptable to me. The job was completed and Chris personally test drove it just to make sure everything was perfect. He wasn't happy about some minor issue which was immediately addressed. He came in on his day off to complete the deal and was really a friend to me, not just a sales associate. I would recommend Chris to my closest friends and relatives. On a side note about the dealership, I've been at this dealership dozens of times over the last 5 years (car washes, services, maintenance, etc) and the employees have always treated me with care and respect no matter whether they knew me or not and no matter whether I was wearing a suit/tie or jeans and a T-shirt.
