An outstanding Lexus experience. I walked into this dealership feeling hesitant and vulnerable as this was the first time that I had car shopped alone (a recent widow). Fortunately, the salesman that I was assigned to was Steve Anderson. Steve was not only knowledgeable and accommodating, but also patient and kind. He sensed that the last thing that I needed was a "hard sale". I told Steve what I wanted and he made it happen. I walked out after purchasing the car that I wanted and felt that I got a "fair" price both on my Lexus trade-in and for my new Lexus. In addition to the positive relationship that I was able to develop with Steve, I had very good experiences with Dave Pearson (Manager) and Ken Norwood (Financial). We didn't want it to get away, so we completed the deal. Keith was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Although it was a somewhat lengthy process (or possibly we were just tired from shopping for furniture with/for my parents in the morning), Keith was very considerate of our time. There was an issue with the vehicle right after the purchase and Matt Jensen the manager helped me out even though arguably they did not have to. I came back and just purchased a new car with Ben's help again. The knowledge, support, and general experience that the entire staff gives you is simply without compare. Not only Ben but other sales people helped me out Steve Anderson and Keith Krutchten but also Matt Jensen again and finance John Wegner all were wonderful to work with. When your sale becomes more important than what is best for your consumer you will ultimately lose customers. I also appreciate Troy who recognized I wasn't unhappy with my 2012 Camry but knew it was time to trade in, and after multiple calls finally I heard a deal I was willing to listen to, the Labor Day discount and words used by Andy "just make sure Julie's happy!".
