Each of these cars has been comfortable and dependable. I have also had good experiences with the service department. Purchasing a used Lexus I had a specific Lexus model in mind with particular specifications when I visited the Lexus dealer. I was warmly greeted by Keith Kruchten. The first time I returned to the dealer, the color of the SUV was not to my liking, but Keith did not give up on me and he eventually found one that met all my needs. Keith was very accommodating to the requirements I had before I would consider purchasing a used car. I was able to have the used Lexus SUV that I wanted inspected by an independent mechanic, which gave me the peace of mind I needed to purchase this vehicle with confidence. He was also very patient and answered the myriad of questions I had over several visits. Purchasing a used vehicle is often fraught with numerous risks, but my experience with this dealer and specifically with Keith was very positive and I would not hesitate to refer others to this seller.
