Back with a Toyota I've had been a lifelong Toyota/Honda kinda guy up until a few years back when due to unforeseen circumstances, my car went from a Toyota Camry to a C I've had been a lifelong Toyota/Honda kinda guy up until a few years back when due to unforeseen circumstances, my car went from a Toyota Camry to a Chevy Malibu. I will definitely say I will not go back to anything except a Toyota or Honda. When my Malibu was going downhill and fast, I ended up at Anderson Toyota and had the privilege of having Danny Miethke as my salesman. He was a very personable gentleman and made the car buying process a pleasant experience. I felt like I got a great deal and hope that the car I bought turns out to be as good as I hope. I wish more car salesman were like Danny. Anderson Toyota is lucky to have such a great guy working for them. I also dealt with John Wegner as part of the financial portion of the purchase. He, too, was very pleasant to work with and was able to get my vehicle sticker purchased right at Anderson, saving me a trip to the DMV (which is always a bonus!). I can truly say that my used car buying experience was a very positive one. I will definitely recommend my friends to Anderson Toyota and especially Danny Miethke. Thanks a bunch, Danny! I am so happy with my coming back to Toyota!!!! More

Having a long experience with Toyota reliability and excellent re-sale and thanks to the honesty and professionalism of Danny I now have a new opinion of the purchase of a vehicle at Anderson. From the initial walk thru of the used car area-Danny was helpful, sincere and knowledgeable without the sometimes abrasive personality of the "used car salesman". He made many excellent suggestions and made my purchase a pleasure. The finance dept completed a great experience with smooth, helpful information. (My new license sticker was even printed and available at my request). Thanks, Danny, for your advice and guidance. Chris didn't try to talk me into buying something that I wouldn't be happy with. He wanted to find a car that I would really like, and he did. I also worked with Matt Jensen in closing the deal, which turned out to be a good one. Steve Anderson also was very helpful in putting on my license plates and IPass. I had a Lexus to trade in so I always have taken my car to Lexus for servicing. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly, helpful and polite. More

I actually went up there with my grand mother to have her car serviced and while I was there, Ben introduced himself to us and we began talking about the RX. I really liked it, but wanted my husbands opinion, so my husband went up there to look at it as well. We ended up buying the car and have loved it ever since - that was last August. We recently stopped by to look at the GX, as the RX has become a little small for our family. We actually ended up buying my husband a LS and myself the GX. The guys at Lexus of Rockford were amazing! My and my husbands schedules are all over the place, so we needed some "special attention," which we definitely received from Ben! We have never received the type of customer service anywhere else. He came in on his days off to help us out and has kept in contact, after the sale, to ensure our happiness with our new cars! We will definitely continue buying from Ben Bleed and Lexus of Rockford!! More

Wanted a new '15 Lexus GX in a special color combo, nobody had it. Chris Beto at Lexus of Rockford worked to find one in the pipeline, and, negotiated a deal that was worth the 3 hour drive. No surprises at closing, dealership staff was very friendly and professional. We have done business with our local dealer for years, but, they never seem to be willing to negotiate. So, we found Lexus of Rockford on the internet. Called a bunch of Lexus dealers in Chicago area, only this one followed up and worked to get the vehicle ordered from Japan. We would recommend you give them a try. More

I keep going back because of the outstanding customer service and quality of the vehicles. This week I went in for the scheduled 30,000 mile service on my 2013, and came out with a new 2015 because of an advertisement posted in the showroom about trading in 2013's and the friendly and helpful customer service of my salesperson, Chris Beto. He figured out four options for my trade in and found an excellent deal for me to drive home a new RX. Chris was professional, knowledgable, and made it a smooth transaction. I would not have guessed that I'd be driving home a new car that day, and I love my new Lexus! Thanks Chris! More
Financial Services don't care when something goes wrong Update: I originally gave Anderson Toyota a 1 star rating due to my poor experience with their financial services. Please feel free to read the entire Update: I originally gave Anderson Toyota a 1 star rating due to my poor experience with their financial services. Please feel free to read the entire review, but I wanted to add this up front: the managers at Anderson Toyota (Randy and Kristi) went out of their way to make sure that the issues were addressed and taken care of to my satisfaction. Randy went above and beyond my expectations and everything has been taken care of. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review at this point, is that the issues should not have happened in the first place. Thank you to Anderson Toyota, for making sure I had a very satisfactory resolution to my initial bad experience with your financial services. Original Post: I had no issues with the sales team that helped me locate my car. Once I was turned over to the Financial services though, I had too many problems. The day after I filled out the paperwork, I was asked to come back in (at my convenience) to sign the right paperwork. If that were the only problem, I wouldn't be writing this review. The next issue happened about a month later, when my first bill was coming due. I received a call from the Financial services letting me know they forgot to have me sign paperwork that would allow the people who had my loan to contact me. Paperwork was immediately filled out and I was told I could come into the dealership, write a check and they would overnight my payment. Which was nice, but flawed. The man I was dealing with, Ken, failed to mention that he wouldn't be there when I came in. I even called to tell him when I would be there. He was not there, and when I talked to the Sales team about it, they knew nothing of the issue. They took my check, made out to Anderson Toyota, anyway and let me know everything would be taken care of. I then received a bill for my first payment and saw that it was not yet paid, even though Ken told me everything would be all right. I called them and after half a day they finally figured out what happened. They were supposed to deposit my check and send a payment to the loan. Instead, they sent my check to the loan people. The loan holder could not cash my check, as it was paid to Anderson Toyota. Once they found their error, they promised to send the money to the loan holder over night and to have my check sent back to the dealership. Ken seemed unimpressed at the mistakes he had made that led to this problem and did not give an honest apology. Due to his attitude and continued issues, I asked never to have to deal with him again. I was then told that Dan would work with me going forward. I watched my loan on line, saw it was not getting paid, and made another payment, as I did not want to incur late fees. The payment did post, but the story is not done. This all happened at the beginning of March. Here it is, the end of May, and they still have not cashed my check. I am worried about this. I do not want 6 months to go by and suddenly get a call from the dealership stating I have to write the check again. Lastly, I have called their financial services, Dan this time, for three days in a row and no one has called me back. I've called them three times today. I am not a happy camper. I don't like writing bad reviews, but maybe this will spur some action. Again, the sales team was good, but their financial services have been terrible for me. More
