Our dealership is located on the corner of Riverside and Perryville in Loves Park IL, conveniently near I-90. From the time when I first contacted Chris Beto about the new NX 350h, he was very responsive to my questions and kept me updated on the vehicle's transit delivery schedule. On the day in which my wife and I new NX 350h, he was very responsive to my questions and kept me updated on the vehicle's transit delivery schedule. On the day in which my wife and I picked up the vehicle, Chris spent a considerable amount of time with us and was extremely helpful in explaining the various aspects of the new vehicle. Chris is very professional and has also offered to answer any additional questions we may have in the future. From the Finance Department, Ben Bleed is also very professional and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the various warranty/protection packages that were available. Overall, my wife and I had a very pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. More

From my first phone call to this Lexus dealer, I knew that they were different in a great way. Friendly, considerate, answered my questions and set up an appointment for a test drive. In person they wer that they were different in a great way. Friendly, considerate, answered my questions and set up an appointment for a test drive. In person they were just as congenial and friendly, and again answered all of my questions. Needless to say I purchased a new 2022 Lexus from them. The finance gentleman was professional and explained everything very well. Even a different salesperson in passing had a nice chat with me based on the rock band shirt I was wearing at the time. This was a truly unique experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Lexus. More
