Jacob had wonderful customer service. Without asking He provided directions on where the sitting area was as well as the restrooms. he informed me of the complimentary beverages and came to get me once my provided directions on where the sitting area was as well as the restrooms. he informed me of the complimentary beverages and came to get me once my service was complete. The service desk area was clean and there weren’t personal information of other customers laying out to see (ie licenses, receipts, paperwork). Great job! More
