On the road again!!!! In one day, less than a 8 hour work day, I completed the finance application on line arrived 30 min before closing and test drove the car I wanted. As usual, the Service Writer, Jacob Swaim, did an outstanding job explaining the work to be done and the cost. He got me in and out efficiently. The work was done professionally and the car was washed at no extra cost. I bought my 2009 Hyundai from Annapolis Hyundai and have always had it serviced as recommended at the dealership. As a result I have never had one problem with the car. Jacob is a great person to deal with, He is honest and friendly and always does what he can to accommodate the customer. More
