Fast and efficient Went in for my first oil change, everyone was friendly, and the oil change and 4 point inspection was quick. they did say they would vacuum the front Went in for my first oil change, everyone was friendly, and the oil change and 4 point inspection was quick. they did say they would vacuum the front floor boards, except, the leaves and crumbs and dirt left looked like the turned the vacuum on but forgot to use it. They also left the plastic and and paper on the chair and floor. Although I appreciate that they wanted to protect my seat, they could have taken the trash with them when they left, as I had to remove it and then walk in the rain back into the service area to find a trash can. Other than that so far so good. More

However, I have been coming to Annapolis Hyundai since 2008 when my wife and I purchased a 2009 Hyundai Sonata. It has over 100,000 miles and still going strong with just the regular scheduled maintenance specified by the manufacturer and performed by the trained techs at the dealership. Election Day Expedited Service Came in for service morning of election day expecting to avoid crowds. Checked in for oil change but since I was at the mileage for 75K service, I indicated for the crew to do upgraded work. Despite thinking i would avoid the crowds, the waiting area was very full. That said, my service was completed in a very timely fashion. Although full, the waiting area was comfortable and clean as were the other areas customers use while waiting. The service staff are always polite and accommodating, particularly Jacob Swaim. I am pleased that they offer quality service in a comfortable environment. More
