Beth, the online representative got back to my query from Autotrader so quickly and got me setup with a virtual walk-around of the car the same day. Michele, the salesperson drove the car to my house the next day and let me take a test drive in my neighborhood. After I told her what online car buyers sere offering for my vehicle she got back to me the next day with an offer that matched those I had gotten and 2 days later I traded in my car and got an incredible deal that matched my budget perfectly. The entire staff, including Joe in the finance department, was very polite, professional, and made the experience I've best I've ever had at a dealer. I'd highly recommend Annapolis Subaru to anyone. More

Steve is a real gem. He has NONE of that Manager uppity attitude that I'm used to seeing in car dealership Managers. He's in the trenches with everyone else at Annapolis Subaru, which makes him a team play attitude that I'm used to seeing in car dealership Managers. Joe was helpful, very knowledgeable, and he has been in the business long enough that he has lots of connections which are helpful. Also, he reminded me that I should get refunded on my trade car (gap, extended warranty, etc.) and he reached out to the manager at the dealership where I purchased my trade, to give him a heads-up to expect me. Of course, he used to work at that dealership, so it was easy for him to do that. But it was that little extra step he took that made me realize how good he is at his job. It's not all about the numbers, and he knows this. Thanks Joe! More
