In short, this dealership needs to revamp its service department completely. There is no service. There are not enough service agents. That is a management issue that they acknowledge. Also, forget using technology. You can't book a service online that is not a "regular" interval service. Chat is worthless. When you finally get your car in for service, they can't accurately tell you how long the service will take. I was told it would be 3 hours, but it was 5 hours. I'm wasting my time typing this because nothing changes. More
