Short and sweet I traded in my 2016 Forster for a 2020 Forester. Marissa had emailed me ( thank you Marissa!!) and I told her what I wanted and the next day the car I traded in my 2016 Forster for a 2020 Forester. Marissa had emailed me ( thank you Marissa!!) and I told her what I wanted and the next day the car was at the dealership in Annapolis. I love my old and new Forester!! Sonya was fast to get all the paper work going. Although Saturday is an extremely busy time I was driving my new car out of the parking lot in a short time. Sonya gave me her card which contained her cell number making her accessible at all times!! More
