Sonja was friendly, genuine, and most of all, professional. Another important aspect for me was taking a tour of the facilities, which I found to be clean, bright, and comfortable. Poor sales The sales rep wouldn't let me test drive a red Crosstrek because I had said I was looking for a white one. He said he wasn't going to let me test dri The sales rep wouldn't let me test drive a red Crosstrek because I had said I was looking for a white one. He said he wasn't going to let me test drive the vehicle so I could buy a car from someone else. He also said it wasn't good business because there would be a buyer and he didn't want to add mileage to the vehicle. He didn't tell me about the sales program currently being advertised. Please note by the time we got back to our car, he changed his mind and said he'd let me test drive the Crosstrek but by that time, we had decided to go elsewhere. What the sales rep didn't know is that I need to purchase a car this week as my car was totaled. More
