Test drove several cars. Made several visits. Was never made to feel that I was being unreasonable or taking too long. Jackie at the front desk is extremely welcoming and pleasant and got me a cup of tea. After I bought the car, I had several questions and went back and Kevin answered them. I noticed a spot and when I called the dealership, I was told to return and they would fix it, and they did. Ryan was very helpful. Joe and Bob in Finance took the time to walk me thru all the paperwork. It was a great experience and not the horror that I thought it would be. More

Exceptional customer service! I met my salesman Andre on Saturday evening at closing. My son and I dropped by to just check on vehicles and just walk around the lot. Andre walke I met my salesman Andre on Saturday evening at closing. My son and I dropped by to just check on vehicles and just walk around the lot. Andre walked out and my son asked to just open 2 cars we were interested in. I sat in both and liked one and we agreed I would return Monday. On Monday, Andre had the car ready for a test drive and told me to go wherever I wanted. I returned later with a very excited feeling. My previous Subaru was 2006 with 190,000 miles so I was unaccustomed to all the new "gadgets" that are common on new cars now. Andre was very informative and committed to making sure I liked and understood how everything worked. I checked out the car on the following weekend so my husband could drive it also and by Monday evening we had bought the car. After showing it to my family and friends, I have 2 neighbors who are Subaru fans too. More
