We returned two days later to purchase the car and agreed on a good price. After a week with the car, we realized the roof rack crossbars had not been included. Mr Shifler found them quickly; they had been removed but not replaced during the dealer prep. He actually offered to drive them out to our house! The dealership is convenient for us, so we picked them up in person, but we were very impressed with his kind offer. We were also pleased by the courtesy and professionalism of the dealership manager and business officer. More
