He always makes himself available- even years after the purchase because he is invested in making people happy. The Service department is great, the explain everything and always answer questions if I xall with a random question. Not one compares to the setup, professionalism, and service at Annapolis Subaru! From my salesman Ed Rucker to his superior of whom I cant remember his name. The only reason i remember Ed's is because he was on the top salesman plaques for like every mo/year. Lol! So maybe i lucked up with my salesman but from the free sodas, coffee, water, fruit, muffins, bagels not to mention cable Tv while you wait. Not some boring sales video on repeat!
