Jason in service was super about the repairs to my old car. I came back months later because of the good impression my first visit made. I have to thank Roy and say that I appreciated his patience and understanding. He treated me the way I expect to be treated, with courtesy and respect. We had some good laughs and I never felt rushed or pushed about anything. He is an outstanding Subaru representative. I enjoyed talking to Joe Tyler very much. I feel that I can contact Roy if I forget anything about how to drive my car or Joe if I need something taken care of on the business side. Kyle Lindsay in particular embodied all the qualities I would hope for from a salesman: manners (gotta love etiquette), calm, friendliness, attentiveness, a wealth of information, and a clear confidence in the product he's selling – a confidence, to hear Kyle say it, that extends to partaking in the product himself. I called Kyle multiple times with questions, and though he was likely extending his excellent service to another customer at the time, my calls were returned promptly, and my questions answered in full. ' Joe was a little more insistant than Kyle, but with good reasons, for which I'm grateful in the end. The dealership is clean, and is set up to be welcoming. My wife and I both felt very comfortable there. In the end, this is an establishment which, after only one experience with (so take it with a grain of salt OR be particularly impressed), I can presently say exudes excellence. More
