Earlier this month we decided to look at used Subaru Outbacks at Annapolis Subaru. After looking at the used car inventory on their website, I set up an appointment for a test drive. We had some questions about the first Subaru we drove. Andre took the time to listen to our questions and realized that a new model addressed concerns we had about the support and positioning of the driver's seat. After taking that newer model for a test drive, we realized we had found our car. Throughout the process Andre was professional and knowledgeable. He answered the questions we had. He helped us find our car, and then helped to complete the process quickly and efficiently. Great job! And, when we took possession of the car two days later, Andre made sure we had a very good understanding of how to operate the various features on the Outback. Finally, Bob Carroll in Finance, was helpful as we completed the final details of the transaction. More
