I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, they forgot to change the oil during my visit even though they had charged me for the service. More than 10 calls with voice rotation. Unfortunately, they forgot to change the oil during my visit even though they had charged me for the service. More than 10 calls with voicemails over a 2 week period went unanswered by the service manager/associate. I ended up just driving down to the dealership where Vincent very rudely dismissed my concern and refused to believe me without even looking at my vehicle. Eventually, he relented and said "I'll change your oil, it's not like it costs me anything" then turned his back and walked away before we could schedule the appointment. Thankfully, another service adviser was able to assist me. My family and I have done business with Antwerpen Hyundai for over 20yrs but this experience has me second guessing if I would buy/service a vehicle from an Antwerpen dealership again. TLRD; I do not recommend this dealer but if you do use them, check their work before you pull away! Buyer beware. More

Employees did not know they had a shuttle service available. When I arrived, I confirmed with the shuttle driver that he could assist me with taking my child to school while my car was being serviced available. Car given the 30,000 mile service. Two days after scheduled service I received a coupon in the mail for 15% off of a 30,000 mile service. Called to see about a credit, but they said there was nothing they could do as the coupon needed to be presented at the time of service. Very frustrating experience.
