I shouldn’t have to wait 3-5 days after I sign my paperwork for my car keys to be in my hand. The worst dealership ever. Angel is awesome and without her my experience would’ve been xxxx, but the res paperwork for my car keys to be in my hand. The worst dealership ever. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, they forgot to change the oil during my visit even though they had charged me for the service. More than 10 calls with voice rotation. Unfortunately, they forgot to change the oil during my visit even though they had charged me for the service. More than 10 calls with voicemails over a 2 week period went unanswered by the service manager/associate. I ended up just driving down to the dealership where Vincent very rudely dismissed my concern and refused to believe me without even looking at my vehicle. Eventually, he relented and said "I'll change your oil, it's not like it costs me anything" then turned his back and walked away before we could schedule the appointment. Thankfully, another service adviser was able to assist me. My family and I have done business with Antwerpen Hyundai for over 20yrs but this experience has me second guessing if I would buy/service a vehicle from an Antwerpen dealership again. TLRD; I do not recommend this dealer but if you do use them, check their work before you pull away! Buyer beware. More
