My sales person was Mr. Williamson he was exceptional. The used car Manager that processed my application worked a deal for me and made everything work for me so I could get in the car that I wanted. Work was performed on my vehicle for a covered item and a written $3600.00 estimate was given for work to be performed. My horn worked before I dropped it off. When I finally needed to use my horn, it didn't written $3600.00 estimate was given for work to be performed. My horn worked before I dropped it off. When I finally needed to use my horn, it didn't work. In the written estimate of all of the parts and service listed there is no mention of the horn NOT working. Magically the horn doesn't work now and you want to charge me to replace it. "REALLY" . Imagine that. No explanation given. More
