Overall it was a great experience. My only complaints were the fact that the overall process took way too long and pricing was not consistent with what was advertised. I arrived at the dealership around were the fact that the overall process took way too long and pricing was not consistent with what was advertised. I arrived at the dealership around 4pm and didn't finish until around 9pm. They show huge dealer discounts online, but when you get to the dealership, you aren't actually eligible for all of the discounts they advertise. At the end, were able to get close enough to the price I wanted, so it worked out. My salesperson, Anastasia, made the whole process much less painful and is probably the main reason I ended up buying a car that day. More
