This was my first experience having my vehicle serviced at this dealer. I had an early appointment time and the wait time was reasonable for the services being received. Tyrone was great! However, when I was unable to locate my old car title, I had to pay $20 for a duplicate. Not a big amount but considering the money I just spend to purchase a new car, it will be much a my old car title, I had to pay $20 for a duplicate.
