Driving up, one wouldn’t be struck with confidence based on the look of the office/desk area. The waiting area was nice enough, but the bar area is literally falling apart. I so appreciated the fridge full of waters. I just feel like the ambience deserves to match the stellar service. More

Was shopping for a specific model of vehicle and found it at Archer Volkswagen. Inquired online and had Ricardo Buchanan as my salesman help me through the process of trading in my vehicle and purchasing ano at Archer Volkswagen. Drove down to the dealership five days later to pick up my car and drop off my trade in. All my paperwork was done online and was quick and flawless. I did have a issue with my vehicle, that was quickly handled and taken care of, by the sales manager Claudia and the GM. They all made sure that my purchase was uneventful and took great care that I was happy with my purchase. I just want to thank you all for a great experience and I love my car! More
