I had a pretty good experience purchasing my car back in 11/25. The only issue I had was that I was told my brand new car did not come with mats, and I was offered to purchase them, which I declined. Months later, at my oil change at another vw dealership, I happened to find the sticker in my glove compartment that shows that mats were included with my car. The dealer told me that the mats should have came with the car. Very disappointed. More

My service at this dealership wasn’t as good as it usually is. Getting a clear description of what was necessary to be completed for this service wasn’t given. Communication also lacked. It was disappointing because communication was fast when my advisor needed to know what repairs I wanted to approve but then lacked after. It gave the impression they just wanted my money. Then during checkout I was told about the credit/debit fee when I arrived and was never provided a link. I did appreciate the uber service and the willingness to call my Ubers. More
