I have purchased or leased my cars from Arlington Hts Buick (Sullivan) for over 15 years. Arlington Hts Buick has carried on the same high traditions as Sullivan with most of the same people. I just leased a new Envision with the help of Eliot who has helped me before. He always goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership. I also travel from Skokie to Arlington Hts for their service (40 min. drive) even though there is a Buick dealship 15 minutes from my house. Their service people are friendly and thorough. More

Shelly Barr was amazing, as was Danny the manager. The porters were not great. Shelly was trying to clean up a scuff on my seat and they made fun of her and didn’t help.
