Shelley was amazing! So knowledgeable, not pushy, and can tell she knows this business. She takes care of the people she helps. Mike was good but he messed up our lease trade-in and only sort of rectified th tell she knows this business. She takes care of the people she helps. Mike was good but he messed up our lease trade-in and only sort of rectified the situation instead of possibly trying to make it right. He also didn't explain some of the extra charges that go into the loan. Granted we should have maybe asked but he just kind of put papers in our lap and said sign here. Very nice guy but wished for a better outcome More

Extremely pleasant experience I went in to compare the GMC Terrain and the Buick Envision. Chris was great. We went on a test drive in each vehicle and he went over options and f I went in to compare the GMC Terrain and the Buick Envision. Chris was great. We went on a test drive in each vehicle and he went over options and features in each. He sensed that I was leaning toward the Buick, so he allowed me to bring it home, make sure it fit in the garage with our other car and bring it back later that evening. Chris and the team even worked with purchasing me out of my current lease early and making it even easier to say yes to leasing a new 2020 Envision. Chris worked with me every step of the way and was very customer focused and was not a pressure salesman, which is very refreshing and appreciated. Thank you! More
