I would highly recommend this team and their straight-forward approach. Eliot did very well to communicate with me whenever I needed an answer. Another example of the great service was that there were no “dealer fees” that by IL statute are illegal. The number of dealers that I dealt with who propagated this dealer-centered approach was astounding to me, but from this experience with Sullivan, I have confidence that the folks at Sullivan have shown themselves to be customer-focused. Further, even with 3 young kids, the folks at Sullivan were patient and accommodating throughout, from the test drive, to the financial conversations, and even to making sure that I was fully cared for (e.g., the windshield had 2 very small imperfections that Sullivan’s team took care of). For my family’s next vehicle, I plan to keep Sullivan atop my list. Kudos on a great experience and a great, solid vehicle. More
