It is not a pleasant experience to somewhere and wait for anything but his professionalism made it worth the while. Also, Thanks to Shelly in sales for trying to get me a good price for my car. I had a very bad experience with Anthony Buick/GMC in Gurnee where I live. I purchased my car in Kenosha, WI and could not have had a worse experience. To top it off, my car is a 2022 with a little ove Gurnee where I live. I purchased my car in Kenosha, WI and could not have had a worse experience. To top it off, my car is a 2022 with a little over 16K miles and has already had 3 recalls, none of which I was notified by Buick or anyone else. The safety restraint alert came on and this is why I took it to Arlington HTS dealership service dept (knowing I cannot trust the other two). I admit I am probably not easy to deal with because I am already pissed off about owning a car with so many issues and from the buying experience in Kenosha. However, Brian was very professional. I will use this dealership going forward until I get rid of the Envision. More
