I just want to say Jerry your Service Manager runs the greatest shop. I been coming here since 2001, and always had the most professional service. Everyone is so nice. They do whatever it takes to make sure I have the best service. I listen how Jerry runs your shop, and I feel the reason the staff is that good is because of his leadership. I have listened to see how he talks to your service writers and to the mechanics with great respect. I also run a service department for a living in a different type of venue and I know how challenging it must be, because you will always have a few customers who are unhappy no mater what you do. I will tell you this, I could only imagine for these employees that come in day in and day out this crew works hard. Since I am a manager I listen to other situations and around me when I am there in your shop and every customer is treated special, with detailed explanations about their service. I rated below with the people that I have seen in person. If I could remember the people I spoke with on the phone they were also very professional and would rate them five stars.
