I have a recall on my car. I have tried a few times to get the recall service. But in stead they want to check to see if my car needs the recall service. Every car I ever had that had a recall the dealer always did the work we without question. This type of service is unacceptable. I fail to see how they ever got an award. More

I took both my vehicles in on the same day Mike Waddle took care of Me on both. Excellent service, the Marquis had an issue with The Check Air Suspension Light and Power the Power Steering wasn't right... took care of Me on both. Excellent service, the Marquis had an issue with The Check Air Suspension Light and Power the Power Steering wasn't right....It was harder to turn the wheel.... Just a Fuse......2005 And she still Drives Great. More

Whenever I come in for service, I am always treated like family. Elliot always recognizes me and makes it a point to stop by and check in. I had a warranty question, and without hesitation, he brought me ri family. Elliot always recognizes me and makes it a point to stop by and check in.
