The team at Arlington Heights Ford in Illinois are fantastic, including the entire service team. Every person I have interacted with there really cares that I get the best service and am happy with th fantastic, including the entire service team. Every person I have interacted with there really cares that I get the best service and am happy with their work. For this last visit My 2022 Escape had its 20K mile service and all was done well while I waited. Also, in the past, I've used their in-house contracted rental agency for when a prior vehicle was being serviced, not under warranty, and the cost was better than anywhere else I could have gotten around this area. In the past they also diagnosed an intermittent issue with our other Escape, and how they did that was excellent troubleshooting that solved the problem. Thanks for all your great work. More
