The phone support is the most rudest I have dealt with. Service was subpar because I went in for one thing and something else broke—more than one time with me ending up footing the bill! I am a care giver myself, and I must say I was appalled to say the least. I trust there are honest hardworking folks there that do exemplary work but at least I am being specific.
