Solid experience all around with the help of Jesus, David and Kharmin today. Came in looking for a Q8 and while the showroom waited for us to ask for help, they were fast to respond once we did (and let’s be and Kharmin today. Came in looking for a Q8 and while the showroom waited for us to ask for help, they were fast to respond once we did (and let’s be honest - most of us complain when you walk in and someone greets you too fast - we just want a second to look around a little). David and Jesus talked to us about what we’re looking for, and identified what they had in stock that might fit the bill. They were more than happy to help us test drive - and were encouraging us to take our time, ask whatever questions we had, and didn’t blink at rearranging the showroom to get the specific color we were interested in outside for us (feels like most dealers want to know you’re buying before they start doing that). They even encouraged us to drive multiple color cars with the same specs just to see how it felt. We felt good about the car and negotiations were also simple, straightforward and fare. Notice I’m not claiming we got the best deal anywhere - I don’t know if we did. We got a reasonable discount, they were able to hit our targets, and I’m quite sure they were still able to make a profit (they’re a business and I’m sure these folks are measured on how they handle negotiations from their side too!). We had to run a couple of errands mid process and that gave them time for a quick detail (again it was already on the showroom floor so it didn’t need much), us to fill out a credit form virtually, and get other things in order. We returned a few hours later and they were ready to go. It still took about 90 minutes give or take to sell them our old car, buy the new one, do a final inspection (and clean up a few missed spots), login to Audi’s apps, transfer two car seats. etc., etc. All three were as friendly as could be, interacted with my wife and I equally (the car was for my wife), and were great with our kids when they had to tag along as well. I believe buying a car is a bit of a relationship - and this one’s off to a great start! More

COVID-19 Servive has made its way to this dealer and not in a good way. I’ve been using this shop for almost 20 years and over 3 vehicles and this was my most disappointing experience. My pickup appointm in a good way. I’ve been using this shop for almost 20 years and over 3 vehicles and this was my most disappointing experience. My pickup appointment was 8:30, they arrived at 9:00, the app to track them didn’t work and I never received a call that they would be late. After they received my car at the shop I received my one and only phone call tell g me they wouldn’t be able to do the diagnostic until the next day because they were busy. Note that I had out all this info in the appointment when I made it. I then didn’t receive any communication until late the next day and that was a text for me to check out the status, inside that status I discovered that they couldn’t diagnose the issue so recommended just replacing the part at a cost of over $1000. Where is the personal touch here?? I declined the additional service and ask when my vehicle would be delivered. Then I got a time that wasn’t convenient and opted to go get it. When I picked my vehicle up there was no explanation of work done, just here, sign this! I’d expect this type of customer service at the Ford dealer, not the Audi dealership! More
There was a squeak/rattle combo gradually becoming louder along with 2 warnings that needed attention. The warnings were somewhat minor. Overfilled oil from last the oil change could have been bad had I ignored it. Both were taken care of quickly. The noise however took a a delivered loaner car and several days to pin down. I was very impressed by the tenacity and patience of the tech who actually texted me recordings of what he was hearing until I recognized it and confirmed it. What a relief. There is nothing worse than a new car with a squeak. OK. There's Covid but you get my meaning if you love your Audi. A loose heatshield. Days to find. Minutes to fix. No charge. Excellent service. Even though they didn't find all of the issues the first time, the service department didn't charge us for bringing it back in to fix the problem. The price for fixing the problem the first time was very reasonable. We requested a loaner car and they supplied one until the problem was completely resolved. The only suggestion I have is to provide a few progress updates. The car was in the shop for almost a week without hearing anything. We had to call to find out what was going on. More
