Was very disappointed in how Audi Beaverton handled what I thought was going to be a purchase. I called and verified availability of the vehicle I was interested in, did the online paperwork work, rush proc I thought was going to be a purchase. I let them know I was on my way to purchase that I had an approximate 1 hour commute to get there. About 20 minutes into my travel to them, I received a call that an employee purchased the car by putting a deposit to hold the car. This was not presented as an option when I called and emailed. Doesn’t seem ethical. Had great service and experience up until this point. More
