Exceptional service from my Audi advisor Larry Laing I recently visited Audi Beaverton to do a number of repairs on my 2002 Audi A6 4.2 Quattro. Once again my service advisor Larry Laing exceeded my exp I recently visited Audi Beaverton to do a number of repairs on my 2002 Audi A6 4.2 Quattro. Once again my service advisor Larry Laing exceeded my expectations of service provided by an Audi dealership. I appreciated that the work was scheduled by Mr. Laing on my timeframe, with loaner furnished, and Mr. Laing took the time to review in detail the repairs and parts that were necessary so that I could make an informed decision on repairs. Mr. Laing kept me updated on the status of repairs throughout the 2 week repair process and when the work was done he did an excellent job explaining the repairs done and the new parts installed. I also appreciate that Mr. Laing reviewed the charges in depth with me and I found the repair and parts costs to be very reasonable. What says it all though about Mr. Laing and the Audi Team's exemplary service is that the repairs are always done right the first time and my car always leaves the dealership purring. Didn't finish the job We left our Q7 with Beaverton Audi for almost 10 days while we went on vacation. Upon return we picked up the car and drove it home. The following day We left our Q7 with Beaverton Audi for almost 10 days while we went on vacation. Upon return we picked up the car and drove it home. The following day we discovered the work was not finished. The back of the front seat was scuffed and dirty. The rear floor was dirty. Parts were hanging from under the driver's seat. It was clear that no one had inspected the car prior to returning it to us. After our complaint, the service manager jumped into action. He dispatched a loaner to us at our home and completion of the repair is being done. In addition to Sean's intervention, Corey Maslen was equally as concerned with our issue. He told he was embarrassed by the poor effort. We've never had problems with this dealership in the past and I will continue to recommend them unless proven otherwise. More
