Drove home with a beauty! I've been looking for a good S7 for over 6 months but have always run into one problem or another (usually price). Lightning struck this week as one popped up at a dealer in Vancouver and it looked like a keeper. The vehicle was at Beaverton Audi for recall work. On a whim, for the 1000th time in the last 6 months, i checked their website to see if anything new (used) had dropped. Well, they did have a new used vehicle in their inventory but there were no photos. I quickly called Beaverton Audi to see if this was going to be the S7 I ended up with or the one from Vancouver. Valerie Berset-Price picked up the phone. I told her that I already had a deal working so time was of the essence. She jumped right on the photos in an email to me. The car looked amazing. I called Valerie back and said i liked it but may not be able to get there due to work. No problem, she said, I'll bring it to you. Are you kidding me! She did. We hammered out a good deal and I never once felt like I was being manipulated or marginalized. Needless to say i fell in love with the car and it is now in my garage. I can't relay how critical Valerie was to this transaction. Her customer focus and willingness to be an advocate for me was exemplary. Way to go Valerie. More

It had just arrived so I asked Valerie to take a picture of the dash console to confirm it had a feature we wanted. I asked a relative who lived nearby to drive it and he was positive about the car. I was aware of an oil cooler hose problem, pointed it out to Valerie, and they fixed it as well as a star in the windshield. We agreed on a price early, and they fixed these items without additional fees. We drove it home and are content so far with the car (one day...). More

He looked out for my best interests and was transparent throughout the entire process. When my first deal didnt work out, he advocated to find me another deal that would be just as beneficial. I really appreciate all of his commitment and honesty, and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy an Audi from a hard-working, trustworthy salesman. More
