Sorry car broke down but great place for repairs I really like the Sunset Audi Service Center. Unfortunately the only times that I am there is when it will cost $$$ for some unfortunate repair. I should just drop in when it isn't going to cost me. But anyway, the service center is well organized, the staff is very friendly. They have a great waiting area. They also have some great wearables available for sale. I have suggested that they should start letting me accrue "repair credits" so I can build up points toward discounted purchase prices on the gear..... More

Sunset Audi I took my A3 to the Sunset Audi facility in NE Portland, not Beaverton. regardless, I had a very nice experience there! They were very pleasant and I took my A3 to the Sunset Audi facility in NE Portland, not Beaverton. regardless, I had a very nice experience there! They were very pleasant and knowledgeable and got me in and out quickly. They even washed and vacuumed my car! I was delighted! Even though I was just in there for a service Recall. I am a mechanic myself and I generally do not lead with that information unless its prudent, So I extra appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of the mechanics and service writers there when I am not treated as a "dumb car owner" that is more often the case at a lot of shops. I generally do my own work, but for any dealer-needed repairs, they have my future business for sure. Thank you! More

Audi Beaverton also has loaner cars or will call an Uber for you if you need to be elsewhere. Simply the best service for my Audi. I’m looking forward to buying a new vehicle from them in the future.
