Audi need water pump replaced Noticed my Audi leaking fluid on Wednesday,thought originally it was oil. Called Audi Westside they were kind enough to get my car in the next morning Noticed my Audi leaking fluid on Wednesday,thought originally it was oil. Called Audi Westside they were kind enough to get my car in the next morning to conduct a diagnostic analysis Thursday morning. I was informed my water pump had failed. I was really impressed with Amy,whom was very helpful with keeping me updated regarding the status of the repair,and offering alternative transportation while I was without my vehicle. It's the simple things that make a HUGE difference; like a friendly person to greet you when you drive into the service area at Audi Beaverton, having one person designated to you during your service journey, ensuring the loaner vehicle you get for the day is a pleasure to drive, getting text messages throughout the day regarding the progress of your service journey!! I was blown away at this AMAZING customer service! Seems pretty simple and straight forward to me that a company would conduct business like this.......not always the case around the Portland area.
