Mr. Craig’s customer service exceeded my expectations. When I was just browsing around the used lot, he walked from his office and offered his help. He took the time to answer his phone on his days off and immediately contacted the dealership to put a hold on the car. In addition to that, he answered all my questions while off the clock and emailed me requested information. He introduced me with the repair team and walked me through the steps of taking care of my new vehicle. More
