Chris Brzezinski is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I planned to wait around at the dealership but since it was taking more than 2 hrs, Chris arranged for a drop off to my home. While driving from Seattle to San Jose, warning light for brake pads was illuminated. Portland Audi to the rescue! Talked to Alex and then transferred to Niki Salinas! She was able to make emergency appoin brake pads was illuminated. Portland Audi to the rescue! Talked to Alex and then transferred to Niki Salinas! She was able to make emergency appointment and install the brake pads for the 1999 model! While waiting for the repair, she offered to arrange Lyft to downtown Portland and continued to provide car updates until car was ready for pick up! Service was outstanding! The waiting room was very nice and filled with beverages and snacks for you! Thank you so much! This experience has been positive and memorable!
