Warranty company involved had a “different version” of what was going on from the dealership compared to what I was told. Service manager contacted for several concerns and had to reach out again because no response, that too felt like I had to pull teeth to talk on the phone with him I was told in an email he would follow up with everything and a breakdown of things from the warranty company given the disconnect between the dealership and them but never received any further communication….I had questions I wanted answers to but couldn’t even get those answered from a manager after our conversation in which I thought he was going to investigate things further. All I received was a text the following week from the service advisor which was very basic and yet again when I asked the same questions I couldn’t get anywhere, if anything I sensed a bit of an abrasive response to be honest which was appalling. Service took weeks for something that should’ve been able to be diagnosed and completed in a more timely manner. I asked for an update on the status when in would be approximately ready so I could plan accordingly with my work and what not to return the loaner & get my car, told this could happen essentially but no I received a text 2 days prior to the estimated day it may be completed saying it was done. Last year when I came in wasn’t that impressed either especially since I had to drive all the way back there because the issue I brought it in for wasn’t completed. Not sure why the place I bought my car recommended this location for service because this most recent experience was not only an inconvenience for many reasons but stressful experience to say the least, even picking up the vehicle on 6/19 the girl I dealt with was not pleasant & seemed as if I was a bother to her that she had to do her job. I asked basic questions I felt I was getting an attitude by her demeanor and approach. I wasn’t sure if I just walked out and looked for my car or waited there and again I was made to feel as if I was a bother. Very unprofessional I will resume going back to the Shrewsbury location where I initially went and should’ve remained. More
Peter Matton, the Audi Specialist, was exceedingly helpful and patient with me since I haven't purchased a new vehicle, having enjoyed my 10 year old A3, but it was time. The A5 advanced touchscreen d helpful and patient with me since I haven't purchased a new vehicle, having enjoyed my 10 year old A3, but it was time. The A5 advanced touchscreen digital technology was quite intimidating, but Peter knew just how to reassure me that it was, quite manageable, all with a smile and good humor I made my purchase feeling confident ,thanks in large part to Peter. Gratefully, a 78 year old woman drove away comfortably in her new car! More
Car was in for 40,000 mile service which is a costly one! ! I had reserved a loaner but none was available. Derek handled the situation quickly and professionally, offering several solutions. Disappointing customer service. Could not be bothered to look up from phone. Had to wait when there was no line. Walked around and it was outside. No one said anything to me about it. Also, promised a rental car to use but no rental was available. I called Audi Burlington the young lady on the phone advised me of my best options I had my car towed to Audi Burlington that night by morning I was all set my car was checked out problem resolved.
