Be careful if you buy a pre-owned vehicle. I bought an S3 in April of 2022 with 17,000 miles, and I currently have 43,000 miles on it. I was told that the tires were new, all season as it didn I bought an S3 in April of 2022 with 17,000 miles, and I currently have 43,000 miles on it. I was told that the tires were new, all season as it didn’t come with the summer tires that were on the original invoice. I’ve now had to replace all 4 tires, so they weren’t new, and I’ve been told by another Audi dealer that three of the rims are warped. When I purchased the vehicle, I noticed a couple of marks on two of the rims and asked about it. They told me to bring it in at a later date because they’d have them repaired, as they sold me a $3,000 tire and rim package. It’s obvious now that they knew the rims were damaged and they figured they’d sell a $3,000 warranty instead of just having them repaired, in addition to the windshield that had cracks, and was told to wait a month abd file a claim with my insurance company to have it replaced. Finally, when I had my vehicle in for service this past summer, someone in the service department backed into my vehicle and damaged a sensor. They know they did it because I had another Audi dealer check to see approximately when the warning light triggered, and it was when I picked it up. I brought it back to them, asking them to check it out. I waited for four hours until they “figured out that it was a damaged sensor and tried to charge me $100 more than the previous dealer that alerted me to the problem! Old school sleaze at its finest! Please check out the photos of my vehicle when I drove it off the lot, the loaner car they gave me over the summer when I brought mine in to have the coolant system checked for a leak, and the condition I returned it in. Also, a pic of the video they sent me. At no point during that video can you see the damaged sensor on the passenger side! Just a coincidence? I think not! More

I called ahead for an appointment because they had the car I was looking for. When I arrived I was met promptly and introduced to Peter. We discussed the car and the benefits that the dealership offers it car I was looking for. When I arrived I was met promptly and introduced to Peter. We discussed the car and the benefits that the dealership offers its customers. While we were on a test drive they evaluated my trade and we were able to come to an agreement on the price. I picked the car up three days later and Peter did a thorough introduction to the car and also set up many of the functions so I could enjoy my ride home. I recommend Peter and the dealership if you want a good experience. More
