I came in and I had made an appointment in regards to which vehicle I was can look at. Nicoly was my sales associate. After obtaining an oil change at Audi Burlington, I was later informed that my drain plug was welded shut (presumably to stop an oil leak due to a stripped drain plug). I reached out to the dealership and later informed that my drain plug was welded shut (presumably to stop an oil leak due to a stripped drain plug). I reached out to the dealership and it took several calls, emails, and days to even get a response at which time I was told that the dealership did not do this. I pointed out that they charged me to replace the drain plug so it must have happened on their watch or were minimally aware of it and did not say anything. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this dealership for service and would not recommend it to anyone else. More
