Audi Burlington

I was quoted ridiculously high cost nearly $6000 for the diagnostic and repairs. I asked what parts I needed and it was only one part A steering column $4100 they wanted and I was able to find it online fro diagnostic and repairs. I asked why they’re charging me $1300 more for the same part brand new and was told “we are a franchise dealership in Burlington. Other dealerships can determine their own prices for parts”. And they rip you off on the diagnostic cost, and labor cost compared to any of the mechanic any other mechanic. The dealership knows they have you in a vulnerable position. You need your car to live to get to woposition.rk and invested a tremendous amount of money and emotion into it and all they care about is ripping you off bleeding for every penny. They give Audi a bad name and I probably wouldn’t buy another Audi brand again. I don’t know who Herb Chambers is, but I guess he’s some guy who makes his money ripping off people who are in a vulnerable position. More

Bought an SQ7 recently and the buying experience with Pedro was great. Came from out of state and he was easy to work with. Even drove my car up for me the day after purchase. They only had 1 business manager on to assist assist with financial loan process. First day on a Saturday after an hour they said they would try again on Monday having challenges with the bank Monday I sent financial loan process. Waited all day didn’t hear back from anybody so I called and was told the Business manager, I was to meet with was off that day an hour later I got a call from him and he said he was working and was there, but it was too late to come in. He was off but told me to come back. Anybody could help me just to call first I mentioned I’d be there about five or 6 o’clock. I called at 4:30 was told not to come in. It’s too busy, fourth day Tuesday I get there for my appointment between five and 530 and they told me to wait finally at 7:10 he was able to see me. At that point, it took 15 minutes to complete my paperwork. Very frustrating thank God for my sales person. Jay is very helpful. Sat with me for most of the time, the floor manager gave me $500 off for all Confusion in my patience More
