Michael, thank you for reaching out. Your Audi Care was purchased on 12/15/15 and is valid for 60 months or 57,000 miles. Per our records, the last service was completed on 10/22/2019. Audi recommends servicing every 1 year or 10,000 miles whichever occurs first. From our files, service on your vehicle was due before the service contract expired. Dear Audi thank you for your reply. Let me remind you that we have had a pandemic, and I have several vulnerabilities, and there was no way I was going to go anywhere until I was vaccinated. So my car sat in the garage for a year unused, and I brought my car to you as soon as I was vaccinated. So you benefited from a whole year of insurance premiums on my car while it wasn't being driven, so you incurred no expenses to service the car under its extended warranty, and then you blew me off when I showed up. I have no doubt that you have 100's of customers like me who did not service their cars regularly during the pandemic, and you are laughing all the way to the bank.
