Cranky, Pushy, Rude Brendan felt like he was in a rush from the beginning. We asked to test drive the A4 and S4. We already had the S5, so we wanted to do a comparison. He asked about our S5 and asked whose name the car was in. We asked why it mattered. He immediately jumped to -I'm only trying to help you... if you don't want to work with me, I can get you someone else. It really took us back. He said that if we chose to buy he would enter all our info later. We had no plans to buy that day, we made that clear and he was already going down the sales path before we even test drove any of the cars. He bragged about his sales awards, bragged about how many hours he worked. He had no customer skills - he is a sales machine. I wouldn't buy a car from him. More

wonderful leasing experience I just leased (and have purchased) my 7th or 8th Audi. David was absolutely wonderful to work with and this was by far the easiest buying/leasing exp I just leased (and have purchased) my 7th or 8th Audi. David was absolutely wonderful to work with and this was by far the easiest buying/leasing experience. The difference was David and Lauren. They were filling in for someone who had initially reached out online. Lauren suggested I come by the dealership for a test drive and David stepped in and closed the deal. I was short on time, and they were very accommodating with no back of back and forth. Lauren had sent me the numbers by email, and David and the Sales manager worked out the final numbers (same as Lauren's quote) within 10 minutes. I can't say enough nice things about them and have David looking for my wife's next car! --Bill More
