I picked up my mother and made the journey down to Burlington which isn’t as easy as it sounds on a Holiday Weekend. I drove 1 1/2 hours to see the car and the car had been sold the evening before. Three hours of my time wasted. I left quite disappointed. More

From my previous dealership experiences, I did not want to buy a car from a local dealership and play the back and forth negotiating game. I was considering an online car sites such as Carvana for the purchase. However, I found a good deal at this dealership, and I wanted to give it a try. Peter was great from the beginning, and he helped me with the process mostly on the phone and online, which was vital for me. He even delivered the car for us. Excellent service, I am thrilled with my purchase and the service that I received. There was one misunderstanding about the car feature and the used car sales manager Tom was immediately on the phone with me to answer my questions and resolve the problem. I am also happy with my decision that I purchased my car from a local dealership. I know that they will be ready to assist me if I need anything. More

I like changing it up every couple of years and I love me a sports car. In other words I'm a xxxx good customer to have. This was hands down the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I get that pre - owned isn't what you do the most of here but come on. What do you think an average amount of time is before you take delivery of the car you purchased? Two days? Four days? Try eleven days. Excuse after excuse after excuse. My sales guy tried but this condescending, arrogant, bleeping, bleep (I don't want to keep going you get the idea) named Tom was no help. The service department let them down over and over again. I drove back down a week after I bought the car because I didn't have it yet. They were surprised to see me! If that wasn't bad enough the front brakes they did on the Cadillac were done poorly. I had to bring the car somewhere to fix the work they had just done. I called and left messages to talk to them about it but I got nothing. More

We came back & what can I say made us an offer that worked, we walked the lot my wife fell in love with the Manhattan Grey, figures only (1) in the region But the sales manager Chris made the call & poof the vehicle was flat bedded into Burlington. We did paperwork with Sven & the following week picked up the car. Unfortunatkey Ben was unable to be there for the delivery and had a colleague Ali do the delivery Ali was EXTREMELY THOROUGH which was a pleasant surprise since we weren't his customer.
