Excellent experience at Audi Burlington When we entered the dealership, we had time to take a quick look at the model we were interested in. A gentleman introduced himself, asked what we wer When we entered the dealership, we had time to take a quick look at the model we were interested in. A gentleman introduced himself, asked what we were looking for, excused himself and quickly returned with a salesperson, Jay Levy. Jay took us for a test drive, answered all questions and gave us a price. We let him know that we were also looking at a different vehicle and would get back to him on the same day. We did so, called Jay to ask a couple of questions, came to an agreement on price, returned to Burlington and purchased out new Q5. Interactions with every person from welcome to wrapping up finances were positive. Staff is polite, knowledgeable and easy to work with. More

I was a serious buyer fir a oreiwned car that i saw online and Sven was able to take me seriously right away and was very knowlesgeabke. While the preowned car I bought was not an audi he discussed the various audis that I may be interssted as a second purchase later this year for my wife and Sven knew a lot about the features and details of the Audis. I h e bought about 15 cars in my life for myself and immdediate family members, and I consider myself pretty savy. Sven is great and will only get more mature assessing customer needs and finding the right cars for customers as he continues. Kevin, the Business manager was also great and down to earth.
