So when it was my turn to purchase a car, I naturally went straight to the same dealership. Unfortunately, the salesperson we dealt with in the past had retired so I was a little nervous going with someone new. Boy did I luck out. Caitlin was absolutely fabulous! She knows her product very well and simply can’t be beat when it comes to customer service. She walked me through the whole process of ordering an RS5 to my exact specifications and kept me informed of the status of my car as it made its way to the dealership. Once it came in, she spent over two hours showing me how every last item on the car worked and answered all my crazy questions. Even three weeks after picking up my car, she is still attentive, making sure I’m happy with the car and that any additional questions get answered. If you’re in the market for an Audi, go to Audi Burlington and ask for Caitlin. She won’t let you down. More

We were greeted by a friendly face, Adam Majors, when we walked in last Saturday morning. The entire experience from start to finish was pleasant and fun - no pressure at all. Adam helped us figure out what we really needed in a car and what was important. He was then able to help us narrow down our selection and we now know that we chose the best car for our needs. We usually take a long time making decisions, but this one was easy for us. We were in and out on Saturday without hesitation. Adam was just the best! We couldn't be more pleased with the level of professionalism. There was absolutely no pressure. Outstanding experience and so happy to be an Audi customer! More

The entire staff at Burlington was great and went the extra mile to get us into the vehicle that we wanted. This in-turn created a customer service experience that was a true pleasure in an industry not necessarily known for such attributes. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a staff that truly seems to get it. I had never used Burlington Audi, but had already been an Audi customer and was looking for an upgrade to my fourth Audi. My TTS was fantastic, but I was ready to make the move to the exceptional RS 5. My sales consultant, Tom, couldn't have been more helpful in explaining everything from the features to the production processes that go into making Audis’ the industry standard in quality workmanship. I found the low-key, customer focused approach to making a deal extremely appealing and in keeping with my ideal way to purchase a car. I had the pleasure to meet and speak with the general manager, Adnan, and am convinced that the culture there starts at the top and filters down. Everyone I met; from the general sales manager, Nick; to Jimmy in business, and Jeff in service, all seemed to be on the same page with respect to customer focus; and a motivation based in a belief in the products they sell. All at Herb Chambers Burlington Audi genuinely appear to enjoy their work and serving their customers. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about my experience and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this dealership. Oh… and the RS 5, as Tom so appropriately stated, is a “beast” that I am thoroughly enjoying. More

We worked with Bruno Lopes and were very pleased with our experience. He showed us several cars and was very knowledgeable about the features of the cars. During our test drives, he was able to answer technical questions, demonstrate options and provide insights into the differences of several models. Our experience - from walking in the door to driving out with our new RS5 - was outstanding. Friendly, professional and enthusiastic sales people and managers made our Audi experience very enjoyable. no service received for small parts purchase I needed to buy a new piece of insulation around one of the headlights for my Audi Allroad. Arriving at Audi Burlington the person at the parts counte I needed to buy a new piece of insulation around one of the headlights for my Audi Allroad. Arriving at Audi Burlington the person at the parts counter wanted me to describe it rather than having me point it out directly to him (my car was parked right outside). He said he was the only one covering the desk and he could not leave, which I understand, but there were no other customers there, neither did he attempt to make any reasonable suggestions to help any other way other than having me describe what I am talking about. After a little back-and-forth, one of the managers happened to walk by and convinced the parts person that it would not be too much hassle to simply walk outside. So, walking outside to the car was not such a problem after all! He then came with me and we identified the part needed, which was ordered for slightly above $100. I know driving an Audi comes at a cost, original parts are not cheap and the $100 are not breaking the bank for me, but if you see the small piece of plastic I am talking about you think it should not cost more than $5. Anyways, I know this is subjective, but my point is that I mistakenly expected to receive some service with this, because that’s part of why you are paying a premium. Coming back a week later to collect the part, I asked someone at the service desk if there was anything I needed to do to install the plastic insulation. He sent one of his coworkers to ask a technician in the back and she came back stating I need take out the headlight and then fix the part, but the good news is that I would not need any special tools. I did not expect that this was needed and I have since fitted the piece without taking the headlight out. When I declined to go down that path and said that this would be too much overall cost for what this little insulation was doing he sent me on the way with a sarcastic “a part costing $100 is about the cheapest you can get for a car like this”. I have driven several Audi’s in the past, love the cars, have experienced fantastic service in several places but think this particular situation left me with a bitter taste. Maybe the transaction was not big enough? Helping out by fixing the part would have been no more than a few minutes for a Audi service person. Following this review, a customer service manager contacted me to follow up on my experience, particularly with respect to rebuilding relationships. I appreciated the communciation and acknowlegdement.. More

I've not had good luck with the Audi brand in my previous purchase of an A3 but Mikal and Michael have been handling my situation very professionally and I respect there attempt to keep me in the Audi brand. I have not yet signed on the dotted line for a new A3 but this experience has certainly changed my attitude towards Audi. My past experience with buying new cars has not been a great one but so far this transaction is going very smoothly and without the hard sell I had become accustom to, overall a pleasant experience that may land me in another A3. I sent an inquiry online and was contacted in less than 15 minutes. Talk about follow up! I went into the dealership and met with Bruno Lopes who was extremely knowledgable and friendly. After driving two cars, I was signing for my A5 in less than 90 minutes. This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience of my life. Everyone from the Manager, Nick and the Finance Manager, Tengah was so wonderful to work with. I was driving my car off the lot the next day. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next Audi purchase! More
